2011-2012 Northern Ice Synchro Team:

• Level Basic 5 or greater
• Required to Skate One Package - Individual Skating Lessons

• Practice starts on Tuesday, Sept. 20 and will run through the middle of March.

• During the season, need to skate the following: 
  • Tuesday 6:00=6:45       Off Ice Team Practice
  • Tuesday 7:00-7:30        Power Skating 
  • Tuesday 7:30-8:20        On Ice Team Practice
